Welcome to the start of your journey from State Mindfulness to Trait Mindfulness.

Our Sustenance Practice Package (SPP) is only offered for those who have completed their 8 weeks MBWE course and wish to receive continuous support from a trainer to facilitate the practices / wish to have a group of like-minded audiences to continue practicing together to progress from state to trait mindfulness.

This package is recommended for anyone who feels they would require additional support / commitment in order to keep them going with their practices until they are ready to attain sustainable practices on their own without requiring any further support.

Think of these sessions like going to the gym or booking in a Yoga class for your mind regularly to strengthen your mind progressively overtime to build up a healthier cadence of practices. Or, perhaps a weekly silent pocket of mind-retreat for yourself.

The trainer will only facilitate the practices without any inquiry nor group discussion in a single session.

Sustenance Practice Package Details:

  • All practices will be conducted in a group setting.
  • Each session will be conducted fully Online via Zoom.
  • Duration per practice session: 30 min
  • Day of the week: Every Wed (Please contact us to enquire start date in 2024)
  • Time: 830pm to 9pm (Singapore timezone)
  • Total sessions within each package: 9 x 30mins sessions
  • Credit package can be renewed upon completion of 9 x 30min package
  • Credit package must be completed and utilised within 9 consecutive weeks.
  • Cost per package for 1 pax: SGD108 nett (Total 270 minutes of practice)

Requirements from participant: 

  • Provision of 8 weeks MBWE course certification of completion.
  • Ideally a private and quiet room / space.
  • Own yoga mat / cushion / pillow where needed to support sitting and lying down positions.
  • Laptop / Desktop with working camera

Flow of each session will be: 

  • Participants join in online session. All participants will be muted upon joining.
  • Trainer kicks off the practice striking the chime.
  • Trainer facilitates the practice.
  • Trainer ends the practice striking the chime.
  • Trainer closes the session and thank everyone for joining in the practice.
  • Session closes formally.

  • 30min Sitting Meditation
  • 30min Body Scan
  • 30min Mindful Movement
    (Conducted per session, rotated per session)

(Participants are encouraged to rotate other practices on their own in their home setting as well such as Loving Kindness, Awareness of Breath, 5 Finger Gratitude practices etc)

Note: 

  • For safety purposes, all cameras will need to be turned on in order for the trainer to ensure participant is well to start the session.
  • Additionally, trainer will need to ensure participant showing up for this program has been certified on completion of MBWE course before and the actual paying person is attending the session.
  • No group dialogues / inquiry will be facilitated during this practice. Participants are welcome to interact on their own pre/post practice sessions without trainer’s involvement.
  • No refund or pro-rate of package cost will be made for any missed session / late show up by the participant. Unless for medical reasons, upon provision of medical letter/cert, a replacement session can be conducted for the participant. A buffer of max 2mins will be given prior to start of every session.
  • Each package is only valid for 1 individual participant. Package cannot be shared with multiple participants.
  • Credit will be forfeited / non-refundable if it’s not consumed within 9 consecutive weeks.
  • As each participant’s journey varies and dependant on individual’s own consistency of practices as well, for avoidance of doubt, this program does not guarantee trait mindfulness upon completion of each package session but to serve as an extended support to guide each participant towards eventual progression to trait mindfulness.
  • Participants are welcome to continue renewal of their own package at their own comfort / preference wherever the sessions are made available.
