About the course: Mindfulness Based Well Being (MBWE)
Welcome to MBWE. At the heart of everything that you do, your well being is the rock of your foundation to greater living. MBWE is a course that aims to enhance your overall well being as various Mindfulness practices will be explored across 8 weeks including a half day retreat.
Upon completion of this course, many participants have found that they are able to unlock and discover a next level of inner peace, contentment, happiness and being able to tune into a deeper level of understanding across their physical, mental and emotional aspects with clarity.
This course is also integrated with the intention of Positive Psychology and participants will also be guided with various practices to feel less judgemental and critical towards themselves internally and subsequently towards others externally.
Throughout this course, various secular Mindfulness practices will be conducted that involves sitting, standing, lying down positions, including some light movement with stretches and group discussions.

Duration of course:
Once a week for 8 weeks with an optional half day of Mindfulness retreat for 4hr
