A High Performance Athlete & Multiple Trauma Survivor:
As a former national ice hockey player for Team Singapore, Kimberly understands the importance of managing athletic high performances, both on and off the field. Her journey through multiple surgeries due to sports injuries has equipped her with firsthand experience in coping with trauma and pain, fostering resilience and empowered with mindfulness practices to overcome her injuries and pain.
A Parent Of Two & Divorce Survivor:
In addition to her athletic endeavors, Kimberly is also a dedicated mother of two. Drawing from her personal experiences, she brings a profound understanding of the complexities of daily parenting life in various aspects, whether traversing the complexities of co-parenting or embracing the responsibilities of solo parenting. All which are her areas of expertise being a survivor from divorce as Kimberly has honed her ability to navigate the multifaceted landscape of parenting with positivity, mindfulness, and resilience through practising mindfulness.
